Aaron was amazing, I walked in to look at cars for the future. I ended up purchasing a 2020 Edge, I can say they were all fantastic and it would not be a lie. This is one of the best dealerships I've done business with, I bought the first truck I ever owned from them back in the early 2000s and I've always been impressed with them. Their service dept is very pr with, I bought the first truck I ever owned from them back in the early 2000s and I've always been impressed with them. Their service dept is very professional and they get you in and out in a timely manner, and they find a way to get you in not like others that turn you away, I live in stark county but this is the only place I'll bring my truck, keep up the good work. Had a bit of a mixup on the 1st day we went and wasn't planning on coming back after a 3 hour drive there. After we left the dealership we stopped and got dinner and received a text that they got the deal planning on coming back after a 3 hour drive there. After we left the dealership we stopped and got dinner and received a text that they got the deal done on another vehicle since the 1st vehicle choice was MIA. So the wife and I decided to give them a 2nd chance and returned the next day and ended up driving off with 2 vehicles. Paege, Aaron, Kevin & Craig were awesome in getting the deals done. In and out with 2 cars in under 2 hours. More
