Cliff Hoffman began working with Koons Toyota of Westminster in August 2013 as a New Vehicle Sales associate. He has been in Sales all of his life, starting in retail at the age of 16 years. Prior to working at Koons Toyota, he worked selling to wholesale distributors in the hardware industry. What he enjoys most about the sales industry is meeting new people and having the ability to make them happy with their purchase. In his time with sales he has accomplished earning the President?s award once for Sales Excellence and has been recognized as Salesman of the Year several times. In his spare time he enjoys playing games, building and restoring vintage mini bikes, finishing and camping.

As well as the service department and my service worker who I dealt with on my first time into the service department.all staff All Staff are courteous kind and explained to the fullest detail all my question's every time I have needed service from them , I give them all five stars!! Cliff explained the buying process and helped us decide which vehicle would make the most sense for our family. Due to the stressful nature of car buying now, the process was stress-free and enjoyable. Cliff's communication and knowledge was exceptional. Our finance experience with Rob was also stress-free and he created a space where my husband and I could ask questions and have informed decision-making. The entire experience from the first email through car delivery was enjoyable. I would highly recommend the dealership and working with Cliff and Rob! More

HORRIBLE Horrible. They're a bait and switch dealer. Cliff wasted my time and was pretty condescending, wouldn't put pricing in writing and has very little int Horrible. Their wow pricing is a shady tactic to get people contacting them and then they won't even give you much an explanation as to what it even consists of or anything. Be careful, if they act this way before they get your money, I don't even want to imagine the fiasco that could materialize if you have an issue after they get the sale and have your money! Be careful! There are a lot of other options out there, go to one of them, any of them. You've been warned More

Koons is Great Car shopping is one of my least favorite activities, but Koons made car buying a truly fun experience. Cliff Hoffman was our salesman. Cliff and Jeff your go-to guys I must've been the most difficult customer to deal with and anything that could've made their job harder happened (not on purpose, of course) but thes I must've been the most difficult customer to deal with and anything that could've made their job harder happened (not on purpose, of course) but these two handled it with a smile. Not to mention I left at 10 when they closed at hours prior. Seriously made it so easy, so straight forward no scheming at all. Made the purchase as comfortable as possible. These guys are great! Cliff is AMAZING and Koons is a great place to buy!!!! Called in the morning and told Cliff exactly what we wanted before we drove an hour from Baltimore. By 2pm, Cliff had two Sequoias ready for us and wh Called in the morning and told Cliff exactly what we wanted before we drove an hour from Baltimore. By 2pm, Cliff had two Sequoias ready for us and when we got there at 6:30 everything was ready to go....and we left with our new SUV that night. It was very refreshing to have an honest and straight forward salesman and the team that helped with the entire process was AMAZING! If we buy another Toyota, Cliff will be the person we go to. He was great to work with and they were very friendly and patient. We have 4 kids, 2 of which are very little and they were absolutely great with them. Thanks for the best car buying experience ever.
