I am a 70 year old women and this was my first experience purchasing a new car without my husbands help. I had a list of very precise needs that started with wanting a car that was comfortable for my husband purchasing a new car without my husbands help. I had a list of very precise needs that started with wanting a car that was comfortable for my husband who has alzheimer's and cannot express if he is comfortable or not. All of the staff at the dealership worked very hard to make Tom comfortable, especially Nathan and Cliff and to work with me during the times when I could go to the Dealership. They were all very attentive and helpful. This relieved the stress of caring for my husband and buying a car at the same time. The part of purchasing a car that concerned me the most was all the paperwork. Cliff did an excellent job of preparing me for this process and Dmitry explained all of the steps very carefully to me and my son. All went very smoothly. Now that we have the car, every time we go for a ride Tom says this is a really nice car over and over. He is very pleased and so am I. I would give an unqualified recommendation for Koons Toyota to any senior citizen who is concerned about buying a car. The whole experience was very enjoyable and stress free. More
