We cannot "certify" a Cadillac, only a Chevrolet since we are a Chevrolet dealership. We have also offered you all of your warranty monies back (cancel them/they will be pro-rated) + we have offered you full purchase price back on trading in this vehicle. It was advertised as a certified pre-owned GM vehicle. I am not interested in trading in this vehicle because you have nothing in your inventory that meets what I am looking for. Biff did a search and nothing he sent me is something I would purchase. I searched for months for a low mileage ATS coupe, AWD with the 3.6 engine, they are very hard to come by. I traded in a car that I loved with 66,000 miles on it because I found the exact car I had been searching for. I am not interested in a vehicle with more miles than what my previous car had. I was offered a buy back, but I was NOT offered the full purchase price, I was offered $989 less than I paid for the car, and was told I would NOT be refunded for the taxes, fees, or the cost of the pulse product or paint protection, exactly as I described in my review. I have had no communication with your dealership since I was told that you could not fix my car and offered to buy it back. I responded on 2/28 stating that your buy back offer was not acceptable to me via email and did not get a response. I waited a few days and sent an email to your General Manager on 3/1 and received no response. I called and left a voice mail for your General Manager on 3/4, no response. I was contacted yesterday, either because of my negative reviews or because I told your rental department that I would swap out my rental for them if someone would call me with a status on my car. I was told that you had sent my car to Cadillac, without my knowledge, and they couldn't fix it either. Bottom line is that your dealership was FULLY aware of the issues with this car before I purchased it, tried and could not fix the issue before I bought it, and sold it to me without disclosing that it had issues.

The issue being referenced by this party occurred approximately 2 years ago. This Subaru had been tuned and we re-built the engine. It came back for an oil leak that didn't have anything to do with the repair we performed. The consumer declined the repair and then the car caught fire sometime thereafter. The insurance adjuster came out and saw this evidence and declined the repair previously quoted and the consumer's vehicle insurance carrier also declined the claim. We did not lie about our recommendations, you just decided to decline the repairs.

I love how you guys will try to lie to cover up another lie Hahaha i never decline to get any repairs done even the subaru master tech confirmed that it was something you guys cause the adjuster never went to you guys because the car was never in your possession after the fire so theres another lie the claim never got denied because they did all the repairs so theres another lie 😉 So telling me i need a new clutch at 17k miles when ive been driving manual since i was 15 is not a lie ? To the point where your management paid me some money because i was being lied too 🙃 lying on the invoice about replacing the turbo on the vehicle is not a lie ? Specially because i knew the original owner of the car he and the shop that did the work on the car comfirmed it was still the aftermarket turbo Was told i was getting a whole new bottom end and all ypu guys did was open it up and replaced the bearing that was bad im assuming thats not a lie either right ? Wait wait what about the part where the heads and turbo was contaminated so had to be replace but never did get replaced thats not a lie either right 🤣 honestly at this point who ever responded to my review should've just kept your mouth shut and kept on moving with the bad review instead of coming in here and lie to tried and cover a xxxxty experience and a xxxxty warranty work and by all means i still have all the records if you really want to go at it 😀

Thanks for reaching out with your concerns. When are vehicles go through our re-conditioning/inspection process, At that time, tires are inspected for safety reasons, and IF there is still tread left in this regard that is still deemed safe (by the industry), new tires are not installed on every used vehicle that we have. As time and miles accrue, there will be issues with any vehicle that will need addressed by the current owner of that vehicle as well.

Ms. Gorby had a free lifetime powertrain from McCluskey Chevrolet, and if she met the terms and conditions of this free coverage,could have possibly covered the repair with her mechanical issues. Once we contacted the insurance carrier, it was denied for failure to perform the required maintenance i tems. Ms. Gorby on previous visits,, had denied those maintenance related items, required by the insurance carrier, which voided out this free coverage. Yes, the wiring harness was damaged by rodents, and this was repaired. The vehicle wasn't driven until after the wiring harness had been completed, at which time further issues were identified with the vehicle's engine. That was the repair that was denied by the ins carrier, and the customer then made the choice to have the vehicle towed elsewhere for a 2nd opinion, which was determined to be true by that facility as well. It is true that once any vehicle has damage to this extent, it will be worth less from a trade in or retail standpoint. McCluskey did nothing wrong. We gave her a free lifetime powertrain warranty, that she voided out, and identified the problem with her engine, that we did not cause. Thousands of our service customers are happy coming to us for their service needs, and wouldn't go anywhere else. With close to 6,000 vehicles a month coming through our service drive, we realize that we cannot please everyone with their service visit, but we always strive to give the best service possible, and at times, we have to deliver the news such as Ms. Gorby received about her vehicle and its damage, and then let the customer make the choice as to the next step that they wish to take
