I took my car in Chris on Thursday, June 18 I dropped it off because they supposed to perform the service on June 19. I called Friday morning check the status. I didn’t receive it. I answer I looked on the off because they supposed to perform the service on June 19. I called Friday morning check the status. I didn’t receive it. I answer I looked on the app tracker to see what was going on with my vehicle, it said it was in process. I continue to call finally received a call back from Savahnna, but she had no updates. Only excuses they kept my car for seven days and when I receive my car back, same problem still exist. My car still smell like smoke. My car radio is not performing properly. It’ll work the GPS navigation will work for a certain the time and then the sound will go out on it or get very low, where you couldn’t hear it I’m very disappointed. More

I purchased a used 2025 Mini Cooper 1 week ago, and noticed a front end shake that could be a wheel balance issue. The sales team is excellent. The service department is awful! Had to fight for three weeks to prove the “power train warranty “ they promised me as supposed to be covered. Refuses to give us a rental car. Ask for service managers and they give you a completely different department only to leave a voice mail. If you are looking for customer service after tire sale this is NOT the dealer you want. More
