I purchased a vehicle from McCluskey online and from beginning to end its been a nightmare. First I was told I would have 45 days to make a payment. Not true. Car delivered on the 8th and payment is beginning to end its been a nightmare. First I was told I would have 45 days to make a payment. Not true. Car delivered on the 8th and payment is due August 14. No problem though Next I immediately advised them that there was something wrong with it. It sways back and forth over 50 MPH. The dealership stated that the stabilizing Bar was bad and needed an alignment. But it still didn't fix the issue. Went back and they said Ball Joints and an issue with the lift. However McCluskey never answered either one of us to get the next steps about payment. So that has not been fixed. My husband who is a POLICE OFFICER even states that it's not safe to drive on the interstate. ALSO I advised the dealership RIGHT AWAY that there is a DEEP SCRATCH that goes from front to back on the drivers side that was never mentioned. The said they would take care of it, and now I don't get a callback nor a response to my messages. in my 40 years of driving this is the WORST experience in buying a car I have ever had. Even as of today, August 14, 2026 I am unsatisfied. More
