Eric was the salesman, He seemed to be ver professional and seemed like he cared, but after the down payment his true character came out. had to purchase a tow hitch and remove the old one and install the new one. The upper and lower ball joints and rear tire dry rot had to be took care of before it could be passed for inspection, so I believe the dealership And Ashley who was the other person that I dealt with was great, she returned calls and replied to messages. The only time I recieved a call or a message from Eric is when he lost some document I sent in or needed something else, so some advice from a Retired Senior NCO with 25 years of service. Avoid Eric,!!!!! . More

They called me before they came out with the mobile service. The guy was polite reprogrammed the transmission and went to his next job. I think he did a good job.
