They also tell you to lie to the bank they get you approved with about how you pay your down payment. They often deal in "Hold Checks" but tell you when you talk to the bank to tell them you paid the whole amount upfront. We have filed paperwork with our Circuit Court, filed a complaint with the FTC, as well as contacted the Attorney General's office. Stay AWAY from McCluskey. More

Reached out to the dealership and was told 3 weeks ago that they would cover half the tires, which I was ok with. Was told today that they changed there mind and will no longer cover half of the tires. This is shady business practices. I would never recommend my worst enemy to do business with them. Had I been informed of this, it I would not have purchased this car and I would have picked something else. I've been going back and forth with the dealership for almost 4 weeks. No one returns my calls, and when I finally do get someone on the phone I get nasty attitudes all around. These people need serious customer service training. i was told to call Karen Sheppard to put in a complaint but haven't heard back from her either. I went there with good faith and definitely was not rewarded. I would never recommend them to anyone ever. Wish I had seen all these reviews before I went up there More
