As far as service techs we’ve dealt with the EV ones are terrible. The people checking you in are terrible. With the exception of but unfortunately I forget her name. She is a short girl with short blonde h terrible. The people checking you in are terrible. With the exception of but unfortunately I forget her name. She is a short girl with short blonde hair. Anyway have taken my EV in 3 different times for the same lights coming on on the dashboard. Every time they say it is just a software update. Then a few weeks later the same lights come. They never fix it they just simply clear the code and send it out. This last time they had to drive it around to duplicate the lights on. After 2 weeks it was finished but when I picked it up they left my vehicle battery on 8%. It has been very cold and I have been very diligent on not letting it get bellow 30% during the cold weather. A low battery in this weather is not good for the vehicle but they obviously did not care about that. Absolutely ridiculous More

Before you choose to buy from this dealership, please read my review. 11/24 I purchased a used GM certified vehicle with 13,000 miles on it. I was thrilled, I found the exact car that I had been searchin read my review. 11/24 I purchased a used GM certified vehicle with 13,000 miles on it. I was thrilled, I found the exact car that I had been searching for. 12/24 I had a check engine light come on, stranded me Christmas Eve. The dealership did not want to look at it because the CEL had cleared itself a few hours later. 1/9 issue happened again with 14,230 miles on it, they agreed to look at it. 1/11 dropped off car. 1/23 was told that the car was fixed and charged $350 for a new battery. 1/26 CEL came on again. 1/29 CEL on again, contacted dealership and the soonest they could get me in was 2/11. 1/31 car was no longer drivable, gages bouncing up and down, error messages continually scrolling across dash, if it started it ran very rough, most of the time it would not start at all. Left three messages and no one would return my call. 2/6 sent email to used car manager and he had my car towed in and told me that I would be refunded the $350 that I paid for the battery - which has not yet happened. When the service department got around to looking at it, the issue was not happening, so they drove my car home with them and had people drive it hoping for the issue to happen again. No luck. 2/27 dealership notifies me that they cannot fix the car and states that someone will be contacting me to "make things right". They asked me what other vehicles I would be interested in - I wanted this specific vehicle and searched for this car for months. The only options they gave me had over 60k miles - if I wanted a higher mileage car I would have kept the one I had and loved with 66k miles on it. They then proceeded to offer me $989 less than I paid for the car to buy it back from me. Sounds like a fair deal until you factor in that I would be losing at least $5037 on the deal. I paid taxes and fees that they said they would not reimburse me for. I paid for their paint protection and Pulse rear light system that they said they would not reimburse me for because "they don't get refunded for it", but when I looked into it, guess who owns the company that provides these services? The owner of McCluskey Chevrolet. I also paid for an extended warranty that will not cover the issue that is going on with my car - why you ask? Because the issue existed BEFORE I bought it. McCluskey knew about it because they saw the codes and actually drove the car 1500 miles trying to make the issue happen before it was sold to me, but the issue didn't happen so they decided to sell it. Also - another side note, that vehicle warranty company is also owned by McCluskey Chevrolet owner Keith McCluskey. They would not reimburse the cost of the warranty, but said that I would have to deal with the warranty company to cancel it and then I would be refunded the cost prorated to what I used. 2/28 I sent an email to the person who made me the buy-back offer stating that it is not acceptable to me that I am going to lose over $5000 because they sold me a vehicle that they knew had an issue at the time of sale and did not disclose that to me. No response. I sent an email to the General Manager stating the same thing. No response. I called and left the General Manager a voice message asking him to return my call to discuss. No response. This dealership does not care about you once the sale is made. My choices are to lose at least $5000 and return the vehicle - I traded in my other vehicle, so this will leave me with nothing to drive, or take back my vehicle that has electrical issues that they cannot fix and are not covered under my extended warranty - all because they sold me a vehicle with an existing issue that they did not disclose. long story short bought a used car with them was told it was covered under warranty right away even though it had aftermarket parts installed anyways the car felt a little funky at the beginning but they re was covered under warranty right away even though it had aftermarket parts installed anyways the car felt a little funky at the beginning but they reassure everything was fine and inspected and covered under warranty giving that the car was a 2019 with 17k miles couple days later the motor went out supposedly it wasn't covered for another month they made me wait 2 months for the car to even get pulled in to be checked didn't provide rental at all and also when they did get it was told lies about what I needed and was just trying to upsell me more stuff than what I actually needed after a 3 month wait car was finally ready after going over invoice they completely lied about what was installed specially when they said they had replaced the aftermarket turbo to a stock one possibly to void my warranty later when i would come back for future repairs anyways i took it home and on the way home I noticed it was smoking so I called was told it was just residue and also the car still wasn't running perfectly couple weeks passed and I took it to another shop to verify work done to work and was told that they lied also the car was leaking oil i was like that's not possible I was told they was replacing the motor etc etc turns out they took it apart and replaced the one part that was bad instead and left it leaking after I notify and confronted them they brush me off and told me I had to wait more than 30 days for them to inspected because there mechanic who did was on vacation when they did check it they said oh no we didn't touch that leaking part when I did research and asked the other dealership and mechanics they advice to take them to court because they flat out lying ended up taking the car back home couple days later car catches on fire 🔥 fire department determine it was from the bad oil leak of the so called engine replacement they did they never owned up to anything worse experience ever the only person that was helpful was the sales person other than that I wouldn't buy another car from them More

This dealer is marking vehicles up by almost 100%. Trucks that should be 60k listed for over 100k. It’s disgusting. Go to literally any other Chevy dealer. They sell used cars for far more than new. U Trucks that should be 60k listed for over 100k. It’s disgusting. Go to literally any other Chevy dealer. They sell used cars for far more than new. Used Sparks for $23k that were $17k new. I don’t know how these con artists are in business. They will try to give you xx about how it’s the market but literally no other dealer in the area is doing this. More

Bought a 2019 Dodge Caravan with 36k miles.. at the first oil change.. 40k miles.. 4k miles driven on, I was told that I needed to buy new tires and it was severely out of alignment! I called the person oil change.. 40k miles.. 4k miles driven on, I was told that I needed to buy new tires and it was severely out of alignment! I called the person that sold it to me twice to see what they could do and he said he would call me back. He never did. I then called to talk with his boss.. sent to a voicemail and never heard back. If you do purchase... on test drive take to a mechanic and get everything looked at BEFORE you buy! I anticipate other things to be wrong so saving specifically for car repair.. smh! If you can't get tires right... only bigger problems ahead! BUYER BEWARE! More

1 star is to much for these guys. 1 day after the sale my tire pressure was going down. The tire shop said there was a small hole in the tire and it looked like it had been there awhile. 2 weeks later it wou tire pressure was going down. The tire shop said there was a small hole in the tire and it looked like it had been there awhile. 2 weeks later it wouldn't start and my starter died. I had not even driven it 2k miles yet. Theu won't pay for the starter fully and it took them hours to do something. Im currently stranded in NC waiting on them to do something. After paying my part of the starter repair, the tow, triple A and the tire i am out $450 fixing this car BEFORE MY FIRST CAR PAYMENT! ( and thats after putting $1,500 down!!!! ) o0o and now I find out that Keith MCcluskey the c.e.o of the company owns a good portion of Credit Acceptance which is the company that financed my car! Pretty sure thats illegal but will be consulting with my Legal counsel here shortly. Next time, don't screw a sales person on a sale that makes as much as your C.E.O......because we can afford good counsel More
