I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

Service I bring my car in for oil leak at rallyes 2014 640i they claim it’s fix 1 month later I found out engine still leaking car not starting tow the car t I bring my car in for oil leak at rallyes 2014 640i they claim it’s fix 1 month later I found out engine still leaking car not starting tow the car to rallyes then the services advisor Chris Blanco said I can’t get any loaner because I have extended warranty and not factory warranty, he was being racist where other people of his color I witness comes in without an appointment and get a loaner who don’t have factory warranty it was numerous loaner car was outside he was giving attitude right thru he then said he can get me in a rental for 1 day then I have to pay for the rest of days am keeping it I then tow my car to bayside they gave me a loaner without a problem and service my car I was so embarrass from Chris Blanco More

Communication Concern My wheels were out of alignment. Didn't know. Brought car in for regularly scheduled service. Nothing about alignment communicated. Two weeks later I My wheels were out of alignment. Didn't know. Brought car in for regularly scheduled service. Nothing about alignment communicated. Two weeks later I got a leak in one tire and brought to my tire guy. He was crazed about how the wheels were not aligned. Spoke to service manager after the fact. He was very pleasant and understanding but that's all he could do at that point. More
