I have been with BMW since July of 1983; started as a tech for 5 Towns BMW, and then went to Bayside BMW in 1986, working as a Service Advisor. I became Service Manager there until 1998. Next, I took a position at BMW of Manhattan, as the Paint & Body Shop Manager. For this position, I supervised the set up and ran the paint & body shop. In December of 2004, I came to Rallye BMW as a Service Advisor. I am proud to work for a dealer that has faith in the decisions that I make, which are always in the best interests of our customers and the dealership itself. I am from Elmhurst, NY and a graduate of Queens Vocational School. My ability to work with my hands spans from automotive to boat and home repairs. In my free time, I enjoy boating, hunting, fishing, and doing wood work. My motto is to treat others in a way that I would like to be treated!

My family has been doing business with Rallye for over 30 years and can't count how many Rolls-Royces, Mercedes and BMWs from them. I brought my M5 in for an oil change and inspection and have never been tre years and can't count how many Rolls-Royces, Mercedes and BMWs from them. I brought my M5 in for an oil change and inspection and have never been treated so badly. They damaged a rim, lost my trunk mat. They said my tire needed to be replaced due to a defect. I asked if it was covered under warranty. They insisted that they have changed over 1000 tires and tires have no warranty. I felt uncomfortable with that and found out that Michelin has the best warranty in the business. I called Michelin they said that they were under warranty 6yrs 100,000 miles. Mine had about 2-3000 miles on them. I insisted that Rallye not mount the tire till they speak to Michelin and have my authorization. I had a manager at Michelin familiar with exactly the situation and they gave me a case # and even instructions on what they need, a simple written report of the condition of the tires. I called texted and emailed all this, yet they never followed up. I went to the dealership and they mounted a tire without calling me nor Michelin and damaged the rim and mounted the tire. I asked them to call Michelin they said they called and were put on hold and gave up and insisted that tires do not have warranties. They finally called Michelin in front of me and Chris was surprised when the manager picked up and told him that the tires were covered. I said the tire was mounted without authorization and he said that they can remove the tire (M5 does not have a spare) and drive home on 3 wheels. I stopped at a Michelin dealer on my way home, who inspected the tire and said it should be fully covered. They took the tread depths and determined there was about 98% tread left. Also due to split fitment they determined that both of the front tires should be replaced. Michelin covered the two tires, and shipped two new ones and under warranty there was no charge. In the end after going back to Rallye Chris said at this point we should part ways and YOU ARE NO LONGER WELCOME HERE (in the interim I was negotiating to buy an M8). I contacted the FTC and found out it is a crime to bill for things covered by warranty. I called 9 BMW dealers and explained that my tire may have a defect if I brought it in would they look at it and call Michelin. Every dealer said yes, of course. When I looked in the handbook there was an entire package on Michelin warranty as well as a DVD. All Michelin tires with a star on them indicate that they are BMW oem tires. So they say they changed over 1000 tires none had a warranty. Out of the 1000+ tires they never checked warranty. If you have had your tires changed due to defective tires they are covered, even if damaged all they require is a written report and as long as it is within 6yrs 100,000 miles they will pro-rate a new tire. How can a service manager for 32 years not know about warranties? BEWARE OF GETTING YOUR CAR SERVICED THERE, ALSO KEEP COPIES OF CHATS, EMAILS, PHOTOS. I ALSO HAVE ALL CALLS RECORDED. I HAD MY LAST 2 M's serviced there, but I guess after the company was sold they changed their policies, maybe to "be as inconsiderate and rude as possible and they will not complain. More
