Hello Goodmorning just trying to get help, ok so on Feb. 15, 2025 I purchased a 2018 Malibu and there's issues to car for 1 it was previously wrecked and I was not aware of that at the beginning, the car wa 15, 2025 I purchased a 2018 Malibu and there's issues to car for 1 it was previously wrecked and I was not aware of that at the beginning, the car was running rough and there's a clicking noise, I contacted the dealership and no luck at all with salesman it's like all of them ignore you after you make a deal BUT that's not all I'm trying to find out who am I financed through it says Capital One but I contact them and they have no account on me only the 1 I already have and that's a credit card. CHRIS RUSSELL I'm guessing the general manager no telling who he is wrote a reply on my Google review asking for I to email him so I did 2 times and no reply, I'm currently searching for another vehicle possible another Tahoe or truck but honestly I'd NEVER do business with this dealership again!!!! I'm adding the names of all people I've contacted and never got a call or reply, I'm trying to find out who I'm FINANCED with again because it is not CAPITAL ONE!!!! I found a vehicle that I liked. I called the dealership and spoke to Nate to make sure the vehicle was still there. When I arrived ed to the dealership I met with Nate to drive th I called the dealership and spoke to Nate to make sure the vehicle was still there. When I arrived ed to the dealership I met with Nate to drive the vehicle. The truck had a few minor issues that I requested to be taken care of. The dealer did this and worked with me to make me feel comfortable with the purchase. I met the General Manager who was very nice and pleasant. The dealership was clean and bright. They have a customer waiting area and offer free coffee, soda and waters. Nate was very polite and respectful. If you are in the market for a car I would highly recommend you check with this dealership. I am also an out of state buyer so it took a few extra minutes to make sure everything was correct for my State of Kentucky. Thank you to the team at Big Star Hyundai for a great truck and great price. The finance team was also helpful in finding a bank and rate that I was comfortable with. More

i had multiple issues with my new car since day 1. i wouldn’t recommend this dealership to the devil. scammers & will try to charge you for everything even when you have warranty/extended warranty. th i wouldn’t recommend this dealership to the devil. scammers & will try to charge you for everything even when you have warranty/extended warranty. they claimed my warranty ran out when my warranty is 100K miles. they couldn’t resolve my issues & tried to charge me for other problems i didn’t even mention. they gave me back my car with a new broken piece at the bottom, & a huge scratch that wasn’t there before i turned my car in. also the interest on the car is so high that i still owe $30K on a car that’s only worth $13K. putting me in an upside down situation. warranty dept & finance dept are no help. they do not care about their consumers, only the money they can take from you. they had the opportunity to do right by me but denied all accountability, responsibility & help. juan is a great employee, so is Bryan, Madison & Kaleb. but this is a horrible company. i wouldn’t recommend Big Star Hyundai to my enemies. i absolutely hate this company. they are for sure the absolute worst dealership i’ve ever dealt with. More

I have had issues on my purchase process, it was not transparent at all and the promises done by Mrs Arin Robeson were never fulfilled. After about 4 months of continuously following up I spoke to Mr, transparent at all and the promises done by Mrs Arin Robeson were never fulfilled. After about 4 months of continuously following up I spoke to Mr, Chris Russel , who blamed previous management and promised to work on the promises done and also never gave me a feedback too. It was a frustrating experience. More

Finance manager was helpful. Chris Russell has never responded to my 3 emails. If I could have bought my car online and ignored the dealership, I would have 100%. I drove 12 hrs. for my new truck that I got for my bday. I asked Rose (saleswoman) for pictures of underside of car. I noticed oil smeared around transfer case, upo for my new truck that I got for my bday. I asked Rose (saleswoman) for pictures of underside of car. I noticed oil smeared around transfer case, upon my arrival I found out the truck indeed had an oil leak and oil had been wiped off to hide the damage. Chris Chairis sells an interior/exterior protection plan that cover dents and scratches, that sale was a forced sale I didn't want, they added it to the truck price. I noticed the truck had scratches/dents, and yet they're selling a plan that covers that specifically? Scott Kimbrough, general manager and Chris Russel reached out to me letting me know that they would make this right and that they had no idea of the oil leak. They made it right by continuing to advertise the truck and selling it to someone else who probably didn't inspect it close enough. Theresa Ivey is a rude lady, every time I called, she was condescending. Her tone of voice was very unwelcoming. I recommend everyone stay away from Big Star Hyundai. Don't ruin your day, there's plenty of other places to purchase from. More

We had the worst experience at Big Star Hyundai while trying to buy a used car. After paying for the car, they kept it for 3 days with no updates, and every time we followed up with the sales lady, Arin, trying to buy a used car. After paying for the car, they kept it for 3 days with no updates, and every time we followed up with the sales lady, Arin, all we got was the vague response that they didn’t know where the car was or when it would be ready. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When we finally got the car, they promised us a $500 gift card as compensation for the inconvenience, which turned out to be nothing but a set of discount coupons—not what we were told. To make matters worse, we were initially told that the car came with two key fobs and that the second would arrive with the registration. Over a month later, we were informed that they couldn’t locate the second key fob and had no intention of compensating us or getting a new one made. Chris, the sales manager, was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful throughout the entire process. We have never encountered such poor customer service at a dealership before. Save yourself the headache and avoid Big Star Hyundai at all costs. They don’t value their customers, and their promises mean nothing! More
