I was very disappointed in the service. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Even tho I had an appointment I still had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for service to be done. And then I was disappointed to find out they never even did my tire rotation. I had to come back three days later and waste another 45 minutes for them to actually rotate my tires. I did inquire about if the vehicle’s oil was changed and the service tech said yes of course. Not sure how I can prove if that was even done. It just seemed I’ve wasted a lot of time at the dealership for service and nobody cared that they were wasting my time and I’m paying for a service that wasn’t done when it should’ve been done More

I recently brought my vehicle in for service at this dealership and was highly impressed with the level of care and professionalism. Ed, the service manager, is clearly committed to excellence and is do dealership and was highly impressed with the level of care and professionalism.
