I purchased a vehicle from Zeigler Hyundai of Racine and have spent months attempting to resolve multiple concerns with little success. My experience included questions regarding the value of my trade-in have spent months attempting to resolve multiple concerns with little success. My experience included questions regarding the value of my trade-in, repeated service visits related to a wireless charging feature that I believed was included with my vehicle, charging ports that stopped functioning properly during the service process, damage to my vehicle while it was in the dealership’s care, and registration issues that ultimately resulted in me being pulled over. What has been most disappointing is the lack of communication and follow-through. I was repeatedly told my concerns were being reviewed, that management would contact me, and that potential resolutions were being discussed. Despite numerous attempts to work directly with the dealership, promised updates and follow-up communications often never occurred. After months of effort, I was left without a clear resolution and feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. I am sharing my experience so that other consumers can make informed decisions and in hopes that the dealership improves its communication, accountability, and customer service practices. More

Service Department did a phenomenal job servicing my vehicle. They fixed the issue and treated me very well. i brought my Santa Cruz in for oil change and a few other things the service mgr was very helpful and i learn something every time. i think Zeigler is one of the best in Racine also noticed a water contamina things the service mgr was very helpful and i learn something every time. i think Zeigler is one of the best in Racine also noticed a water contamination in brake fluid and did a change. only problem i have is the new cars have these paddle shifters not used to them i guess, one hand slip and new transmission. but i still love the Hyundai cars. More
