I was disappointed with my recent service experience. Despite having a prior appointment, an oil change took 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete. It took 7 hours for my son to get my oil change and some flushes. He should have been told in the beginning if there was going to be a delay so he could have made an informed decision about staying or comin flushes. It’s usually about 2 1/2 hours for my vehicle to get serviced. This wait was longer than usual which caused a huge inconvenience. Missed appointments and late for work. Seven hour wait time for the service provided was absolutely ridiculous. More
