I want one visit where I don't feel scammed into getting more done than I need. Last visit wanted the brake special which included rotors and pads. The service is for most part exceptional when I have my car service. There was no change in this time. However, I was little taken back when I had to pay for the additional days for the loaner due extende car service. There was no change in this time.
