What was more frustrating was while I waoted I watched the same person take care of 2 more people. Finally, I paid ~$375 for 30K mile service, but found no finger smudges on the air filter box or really anywhere besides the oil cap. There was plenty of dust on the engine but no immediate signs that someone checked all the things that were listed. More
