Decided to take my Rav IV to Norm Reeves dealership after a bad experience w/Cowboy Totota. Difference in day & night as far as customer service. I did alignment there for 2009 Nissan Sentra. 1st I was upset, since the alignment on the Rear was not done, but then realized that it can"t be done on that car due to its engineering design. The assigned mechanic did his best on the front end, it was a lot of work, since the car was fixed after heavy hit. He came out twice to address my concerns and questions. There were some minor issues, like released Schrader Valve, reset torque on those valves to the wrong value, one sliding wheel weight due to balancing. The balancing itself was done very well as well as alignment (@ giving circumstances and the fact that they gave me a colored printed copy). Taking into account how much I've learned during that service and easiness to fix small issues (I'm a DIY mechanic) I decided to rank that service very positively. More
