Thanks Cameron, Michael, Tyler and Justice. Great service. Everybody was very friendly and easy to talk with. Enjoyed our time with them. I had looked at the 4 Runner online and reached out to them. Due to my husband working and our distance away, we didn't get there until about 6:00pm which was an hour before they closed. We hadn't told them we would buy it, but that we were interested. We did buy the 4 Runner and brought it home that night. We didn't leave until about 9:30pm. They were pleasant and in no hurry even though it was past time for them to go home. Highly recommend them. Have a Merry Christmas! More

Cameron and Jeremy Thomas in the service department were very helpful to me without any obligation to do so. A local auto shop was trying to drastically inflate their labor time for work on my vehicle, so very helpful to me without any obligation to do so. A local auto shop was trying to drastically inflate their labor time for work on my vehicle, so I called Toyota of Cleveland to see what their standard labor time would be for the same work. Cameron and Jeremy spent half an hour on the phone with me (around closing time, no less) making sure I got all the info I needed. Thanks again, you two! More
