As you were informed at your appointment before your inspection visit – the brake rotors on your vehicle have an excessive amount of rust on them. So when you brought the vehicle in for the inspection state regulations would not allow us to pass the vehicle for the New York Inspection. Additionally, it is not safe for you to drive the vehicle in that condition. Your safety is our top priority. We are happy to help you with the replacement of the rotors before performing another inspection. Please reach out if we can schedule the appointment to help you with this repair. Thank you!
