Overall, I had a very good experience at Honda of Valley Stream. Steve was my sales rep, and he was funny, personable, and went above and beyond—even contacting me on his day off, which says a lot about his Stream. Brittany in Finance was also very professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. She made the financial part of the process comfortable and easy to understand. What really stood out was how welcoming everyone was. From the staff to the manager, people took the time to introduce themselves and treated me with courtesy and respect. I genuinely felt like I mattered as a customer even before purchasing my new vehicle. I will say there were a few hiccups along the way, and I did feel that the final presentation/delivery of the vehicle was a little rushed. I would have appreciated a bit more time going over the vehicle and its features before driving away. That being said, it did not take away from the overall positive experience I had with the dealership. I’m very happy with my new Honda and would still highly recommend Honda of Valley Stream, especially Steve and Brittany. Thank you both for making this an overall great experience! More
