This makes me question if I am getting a honest complete service. If my oil was changed as verified by Briaynna since she was at the shop and saw what was going on. If she was not there to see what happened, I would question what really happened. This has happened before with Brandon. If the service is completed, why is there not time to complete the task correctly and document the correct oil change. This has happened too frequently during service of honda 2024. I would hope this suggestion would be taken into consideration for future service and is not personally. More
