Horrible experience with this service center I can't believe they treated us this way in service, especially after how nice the sales people were while shopping for new cars. Our week old, thi I can't believe they treated us this way in service, especially after how nice the sales people were while shopping for new cars. Our week old, third BMW got a broken windshield. We were told that we could pay $70 to fix the windshield instead of the $100 deductable to replace the windshield, suggested by Brittany. We chose this, but it left behind unsightly scars on the week old car. Now I feel foolish for the charge to leave scratches, which were a surprise when we picked it up. Then the story was that the purpose was only to prevent expansion, not to clean it up. So then she said to call the insurance company. When we did, she and the agent argued over the rates. Then while I was talking to the agent, she basically sent us away because she said they wouldn't pay enough - even though we were on the phone. We thought this was very rude, including the way she talked - particularly as the insurance company said they would try to work it. This turns me off from buying and recommending BMWs. The shame is that this dealer is 3 minutes from our home, but now we feel we have to go to other dealers for all future business. More

Terrific buying experience Buying my first BMW with John was a dream. I wanted to explore certified pre-owned vehicles and John patiently helped me go through what was available in my price range until we found the perfect car for me. When one wasn't right he'd say "Ok, that's not the car for you. Let's keep looking." This was also my first car buying experience as a single woman. My dad and then my ex-husband always took care of such things. I did not receive a HINT of sexism or anyone speaking down to me. I was treated with respect by everyone at the dealership, and I got a great deal. I know I was not taken advantage of. Justin the genius showed me how to use everything, and I will probably go back for another visit to dig even deeper into what the car can do. And Brittany in service...I don't know how many times I've called her with questions since the purchase. She patiently walks me through the solution every time. My dad passed away last year and it was from his trust that I purchased the car. John reminded me of my dad, and I know my dad would approve of the car, price, and experience. There is no doubt I will be buying another BMW from John at Westlake in the future. It's a wonderful place with great people. More

Delivery is exceptional with a dedicated genius (Nate) to spend all the time necessary to become familiar with the latest BMW tech (of which there is plenty!) And by the way Nate participated in the original vehicle "hunt" giving us the grand tour of the vehicles features. Additionally the support after purchasing is superior. The maintenance and attention given by the service department is great. ..................... and the vehicle is awesome........ More

Recall of 2018 X3 I had my 2018 X3 serviced last week by BMW of Westlake. It was easy to make the appointment and brought my car in a few days later. The customer ser I had my 2018 X3 serviced last week by BMW of Westlake. It was easy to make the appointment and brought my car in a few days later. The customer service staff were very friendly and informative as to the nature of the fix and approximating the pick up time. As it turned out, they had my car repaired in about an hour and called to let me know it was ready for pick-up. It was one of the best "no-hassle" service repairs I have ever experienced! More
