Excellent I just leased my third BMW from this dealership. As always, their sales staff customer service has been excellent and their service department is won I just leased my third BMW from this dealership. As always, their sales staff customer service has been excellent and their service department is wonderful at explaining all you need to know about your new car. I especially like the follow up texts after every visit to make sure all is well with the car. More

Returning customer because of quality of dealership I am a big fan of BMW. This is my 5th one. Like family I know everyone at the place and it feels like family. I am on our 3rd and 4th car for our company and they have been excellent. Obviously, the BMW I know everyone at the place and it feels like family. I am on our 3rd and 4th car for our company and they have been excellent. Obviously, the BMW is great but the minimal service it does need is handled with no hassle. I get a weekly car wash and they never make me feel awkward about getting that done. In over 3 years I have yet to find anyone that does not stop what they are doing to say hi or answer any questions for me as I wait for a wash or service. I actually enjoy going to the dealership. On our second round of cars we did not even consider another option because the dealership made our lives easier and more enjoyable. No hassle, friendly and quite frankly ... fun. I recommend everyone to BMW of Westlake More

A true asset to his organization. Dirk Steffen has been with me numerous times when I would stop into the dealership with questions regarding my previous BMW automobile. Always friendly and willing to answer my numerous questions in a professional and friendly manner. It is great customer service to have such a knowledgeable resource at your finger tips. I just had Nate Lieb review my newly purchased vehicle with me. He was awesome, very patient, and extremely informative. The service personnel, John, Brittaney and Jim all know me as I frequently bring my cars in for car washes. I like to see consistency in personnel at car dealerships, and BMW of Westlake has once again exceeded my expectations, which is why I am a repeat customer. More

Buying my CPO 3 series. I had been considering trading in my old three series for some time and emailed Jerry Mancini about a CPO three series that they had. I then went in for a test drive, but I was very partial to my old car. Coincidentally, my old car had to go in for a recall and Jerry arranged for me to get the 328 I was looking at for a loaner. This allowed me to achieve a comfort level with the car and I ultimately bought it. Jerry was patient and professional throughout the whole process. My experience with Jerry and Brittany in service were very positive. I would have no problem recommending this dealership. More

The exact meaning of unprofessionalism this service representative has no any clue of how to be professional with her customers. As polite as I was in asking her for a loaner after booking this service representative has no any clue of how to be professional with her customers. As polite as I was in asking her for a loaner after booking a day to get ONE of my X5’s to be checked she gave me the 5 series to use and I told her if my car will take more than one day please switch the loaner for me, im a 6’5 male at 250 lbs trying to drive a car way too small for my frame. I simply wanted a different loaner that I actually fit in. With a fake smile, she stated she will work on it. A day later i ask about switching, she stated she dont have a bigger size and there is nothing she could do. And when I told her well so when will my car be ready her excuse was that your car is new and the problem that im having in the car is new so it will take time???? Ok how much time ? That was my question and as rude as she is her asnswer was (( I told you before I dont know it will take a few days )) well when I was unhappy with the way she talks on the phone I told her Im coming to take my car tomorrow and as rude as she can be she literally told me that the car will be ready today ????wowwww. It is not only a tragedy but a great affront to BMW that this person represents the face of BMW. And by the way the one Stare is too much for your service More

Best BMW Dealership in Northeast Ohio Tremendous experience. Everyone at the dealership is responsive and straight forward. The condition of the showroom and service is excellent. The genius hand off was very good. The service department is excellent, especially Brittaney Quick. I bring 3 cars to BMW Westlake for service which is over 36 miles one way from our home. There are 2 other dealerships closer, but the level of serviceat BMW Westlake is much better here and they are 100% honest. More
