Great lease experience I took my current lease vehicle in for service on 12/27 and I spoke with Nez about ending my lease early while I waited for the service to be complete I took my current lease vehicle in for service on 12/27 and I spoke with Nez about ending my lease early while I waited for the service to be completed. Nez and the team found me a new lease vehicle during that time and I was able to pick up it up on 12/30. 5 star service all the way around! More

Experience with BMW of Westlake I walked into the dealership with a picture of the car I got off the internet. John Caruso, new car sales, got the car and brought it front so I coul I walked into the dealership with a picture of the car I got off the internet. John Caruso, new car sales, got the car and brought it front so I could demo. Went for a short ride in the 2019 X3 and he was able to answer all my concerns. He worked out a deal that same day for me, and I picked it up a couple of days later. The car was very clean and John helped transfer personal effects from my old car to the one I just purchased. I then met Derek, the dealer "genius, who explained all the intricate details of this high tech automobile. He also came to my house to pair the garage door opener with my new auto. Mike, from the finance department, explained in detail other warranties available on the car. I chose the 5 year tire warranty. There is a lot of paperwork involved in purchasing a car, and Mike went through all of it expeditiously. All in all, BMW is friendly, non-pressure, dealership to shop and purchase an automobile. More

Two exceptional people in sales & service at BMW of Westlake I’ve tried several BMW dealerships in the NEO area over the years, but haven’t found a better combination of sales and service than at BMW of Westlake I’ve tried several BMW dealerships in the NEO area over the years, but haven’t found a better combination of sales and service than at BMW of Westlake, largely due to Jerry Mancini in sales and Brittaney Quick in service. My wife and I had both previously purchased CPO vehicles with Mr. Mancini and had such a wonderful experience that he was my only choice for my recent 2020 M340 purchase. Jerry is everything we look for in a car salesman - professional, knowledgeable, no-pressure, honest and attentive. And he’s just a wonderful person as well. My wife and I also take our vehicles to BMW of Westlake for service, and we always make a point to work with Brittaney Quick. Brittaney really understands the meaning of “customer service” and always goes the extra mile. There’s never anything fun about service or unexpected repairs, but Brittaney always finds a way to make the experience easier and more pleasant. She really makes you feel like a valued customer. Again the folks there were very helpful. We were helped by Jerry Mancini. He spent an awful lot of time with us. After showing my wife several cars, we went home to think.
