The only bad thing I will say was that the wait time to actually speak to someone and be scheduled is ENTIRELY way too long. Once I spoke to an available service rep I received what I needed, was scheduled and my car was repaired that day. No issues. Warning light on I was able to get a quick appointment, the work was completed when promised and the car was washed and vacuumed well. I really appreciated the gesture as it was a pain having to return and have my car serviced a second time in two days. I get that things happen. They handled it perfectly. Great job. More
