They apparently do not keep parts on premises due to,
believe it or not, Covid. A second person told me it was due to fraud concerns. Both of which are ridiculous! I brought my Kia k5 in for power window

I brought my Kia k5 in for power window repair, gas door repair and a recall issue at 8:30am and was told they would be able to tell me what was needed around 4:30-5:00 pm. Than they would order whatever parts were needed which takes 3-5 business days to receive and I would have to schedule a second appointment for them to fix the car. The whole point of going to a dealer and paying a higher price is because they are supposed to have the parts at the dealership and the expertise to fix it that day! So I bring the car to Coral Springs Kia where I usually go and got there at 10:30 am and out the door all fixed by 3:30pm. I am shocked by how terrible Greenway Kia is!
