Prior to ordering with Karen @ James Wood, I called 17 dealerships in Texas looking for a Tahoe. Karen was the only individual to take the time and explain the process. She convinced me to order to get the exact Tahoe I desired. Along the way she texted or called me every week with an update. Once receiving my Tahoe she explained every detail to me.
