Brandon was very polite and very helpful and went out of his way to answer a question I had about my other Honda vehicle. However, it was too bad Honda of Valley Stream did not have a recall part in stock, so we will have to come back to have it installed; but they did order it for us. More

Regarding the service advisor Brandon, He was great while my car was being serviced However after my car was serviced I called him and texted him several times to ask a question about my car and he nev while my car was being serviced However after my car was serviced I called him and texted him several times to ask a question about my car and he never responded. So once Honda has your money they are not interested in your issues any longer. Poor customer support. More
