If I could rate Billy with 10 stars, I would. I have never had any service advisor more organized and helpful than Billy Herbert. If he left Galleria, I would go where he was to service all of ou I have never had any service advisor more organized and helpful than Billy Herbert. The service center is the area that customers have the most interaction with after purchase, so this is extremely important to me and Billy always comes through and has never let us down!
