Work was done well. Even though I was told, I probably didn’t need it. Turns out I did. I’m just curious why every time I bring this car to the dealership I am told I need new tires? It had only been 4000 miles since my last inspection. And my tires at that point were rated at seven. When I came to the dealership, they told me they were at a three. After my appointment, I went to my tire guy and yes, my tires are fine and they were not out of three. It makes me not trust this dealership. This is not the first time this has happened. More

First, a big thank-you to Joseph Izzi for arranging my M oil change and connecting me with Service Advisor Bill Cosenza, who made the entire process seamless. From the moment I entered the service department, I was warmly greeted by Chris Clayton, who welcomed me with a big smile and addressed me by name. His professionalism and attentiveness set the tone for the visit, and he quickly took care of my vehicle after I finished speaking with Bill. While I waited, I enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed waiting area, complete with snacks, beverages, and Starbucks coffee. Before I knew it, my car was ready—fast, efficient, and hassle-free. I want to acknowledge that I drove over an hour and 25 minutes from Dover, Delaware, passing two other BMW M dealerships, just to receive the high-quality service provided at this location. The respect, kindness, and professionalism displayed by everyone made the trip well worth it. A special thank-you to Technician Ricky Perez for sending me a detailed inspection video—very informative and much appreciated. Thank you as well for taking the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and complete the oil change.
