Id like to give Austin Meek a blue ribbon for his patience and information. Ive been coming to this dealership for service for 3 yrs and NO ONE has ever check to see if i had a service agreement. When we bought the car in 2021 (?) i didnt realize my husband purchased a maintenance agreement, knowing I would be dealing with the car after his passing.
