My experience started off fine, friendly salesman who explained about Toyotathan and the different vehicle trim lines available, and helped us get the features we were interested in without undue pressur explained about Toyotathan and the different vehicle trim lines available, and helped us get the features we were interested in without undue pressure. However we paid for them to install leather seats and were told it would be 5-7 days, but then I never heard from them. I called at least 3 times and left messages and no one bothered to return any of my calls. Finally I called the finance guy and told him I was going to ask for a refund and dispute my credit card charge if they didn't get it done and he managed to get the ball rolling. They have promised the seats in about 2 weeks, they have been ordered. I was hopeful for a better dealer experience than I've had in the past with Ford and others but alas the minute the sale is complete they couldn't care less about you, typical of large car dealers. More

Check in at service bay was a zoo. Cars lined up and only a few people working the desks. Customers were milling about trying to figure out if there was a line to receive people in the Cars lined up and only a few people working the desks. Phone calls come before customers onsite so you end up waiting for a long phone call to end, only to be told to see someone else. Car was not cleaned before delivery and was promised it would be done when we returned it for aftermarket modification. They kept the car all day (promising to have it out by 3pm) when we called at 4pm, nobody could tell us the status. Finally called us at dinner time and said we could pick up the key at the reception desk. The key was eventually found but nobody seemed to know where it was parked. Once I found the car it was immediately obvious that it had not been cleaned. If this lack or organization is any indication of how the mechanics do their work, I would fear to have work done at this facility. More
