2nd bad experience with service dept. Came in for a pre-paid oil change and multi-point inspection. Upon leaving, the TPMS warning light came on. I was able to determine that they had Came in for a pre-paid oil change and multi-point inspection. Upon leaving, the TPMS warning light came on. I was able to determine that they had rotated the tires but didn't bother to check the tire pressure. Since pressure is supposed to be different between front and rear tires, this meant the tires were no longer properly inflated. The oil looked clean so it would seem that it was changed, but what else did they fail to do properly. I have no confidence in this service dept, but discussions with other Toyota owners reveal similar experiences at other metro-Altanta dealers. It seems that safety testing isn't the only thing that Toyota is slacking on. More
