I was at the dealer for 5 hours for a routine 50k maintenance check which is absolutely unacceptable. I arrived on time for my 10am appointment, was told Carlos was OOO so Connir would take care of m maintenance check which is absolutely unacceptable. I arrived on time for my 10am appointment, was told Carlos was OOO so Connir would take care of me, and was told of the recommended actions at 12pm, I declined the battery replacement via the text and verbally instructed Connor and was told he would be pull my car around shortly. TWO more hours passed before I had to go and enquire about the status of my vehicle. Connor was nowhere to be found so I had to ask ANOTHER agent to assist me. If it weren't for Antonio who stepped in to help, who knows, I might still be at the dealership. I will never come back due to the terrible service. Definitely would not recommend coming here. Cowboy Toyota's service was much better and it's sad to see how it's changed. More

Unsatisfactory service. Had an oil change appointment at 12:pm. Was there at exactly 12. Was told by the advisor that it will take 1:30-2 hrs and he wrote 1:30 on the form. Had an oil change appointment at 12:pm. Was there at exactly 12. Was told by the advisor that it will take 1:30-2 hrs and he wrote 1:30 on the form. Patiently waited at the lounge. Around 2 pm, went to see the advisor for any update. Was told that it will take more minutes. Had to wait for additional 1 hr until the car was ready. Service took more than 3 hrs for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Got no updates from the advisor for the 3-hr period. Never experienced with any dealership waiting 3 hrs for oil change. Left the dealership starving, disappointed. Wasted so much time and ruined my schedule that day. More

Now I am out of town for a few weeks and am worried that the problem has not been rectified. More

What's the point of an appointment if you're going to be put in line behind the drive-ins? Took 4 hours to "diagnose" and perform a recall on my battery tray. Then, it was suggested I needed to fix something about the throttle that wasn't broken "just in case" because I replaced the battery. Auto repair is as big a scam as medical. More
