I brought my car in for recall and check engine light. They ruined my car. While fixing one issue the technician caused another issue which caused my car not to function properly. Then they also dropped t They ruined my car. While fixing one issue the technician caused another issue which caused my car not to function properly. Then they also dropped the gate on my car damaging the front. Anthony texted me at 4pm the time he told me my car would ready and asked to call him. He was not apologetic at all. His response was “things happen.” I now am continuing has new engine problems and I’ve called the service manger multiple times and no phone call back. I will never buy a BMW again because of the poor service we continually receive. I have a Mercedes from Rallye and their service is amazing. Very attentive. They call you not text when issues arise. They keep you in the loop. I had to reach out to Anthony that whole week to get a status on my car. Very very disappointed in Rallye BMW. More
