I gave 5 stars but it really should be 3. I had to visit 3X before I purchased. They ran my credit without my permission. Saudvi was signing for my title. Not much inventory. Not customer service friendly. I believe that where I was supposed to buy my van. Not sure why. I kept going back. I know they are fairly new in the area. I hope they get better. I hope the 5 stars help. But I can't write a better review. It was a stressful process. Sometimes you just do what you gotta do. Driving all over Texas wasn't my thing. I love my Sienna. That's all that matters. Maybe your experience will be better. More

Rodney Houston and Andres from Finance gave me the run around. They kept sneaking in fees and would take hours to respond to my emails/calls/texts. I am a first time car buyer, and they made this process around. They kept sneaking in fees and would take hours to respond to my emails/calls/texts. I am a first time car buyer, and they made this process xxxx for me, despite me putting a deposit down when I first visited the dealership. This lack of response caused me to drive to the dealership uncertain if I would take the car home that day. The drive is 45 minutes . The only silver lining are Pedro (salesperson) and Gabriel (finance). After showing up unannounced as Rodney and Andres were not getting back to me, Pedro (salesperson) and Gabriel (finance) helped me purchase the vehicle and sign. They had me out in less than an hour, and didn’t try to sneak in hidden fees and or have me waiting around on them. I’m happy I finally have my new car, but I truly hope I never have to do this again. More
