This is the sixth VW we’ve purchased from Wellesley VW through the years. We’ve found them reliably supportive in sales and service. This is after the dealership sent multiple messages that they wanted to buy my previous VW that I had purchased there. Yes, they explained their “policy” but they should stand behind their product. I went to CarMax and sold my old VW for thousands of dollars more than Wellesley VW was offering. More
