I would like to request a raise for her outstanding performance. On the other hand, the mechanic who worked on my car left my steering wheel, seat and floor mats, greasy and oily. It was a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism. I would have appreciated a car wash as a courtesy for service also.

They went above and beyond to help us get our van running
so we could get back to Michigan. The tech even went so far as to find a used part we could use until we got home, as they did not have one in stock
