His calm, reassuring demeanor immediately put me at ease during a very stressful situation. My air conditioning had stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year, and instead of making me feel like an inconvenience, he listened, reassured me, and made me feel confident that they would help. Because of the exceptional way Sam treated me over the phone, I drove about an hour to the Wellesley dealership. From the moment I walked through the door, Alicia continued that same level of exceptional service. She was warm, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure my vehicle was seen as quickly as possible.
