First, it's not an impression, it's an actual fact of my experience!!! I copied you personally on every email I sent describing my issues never hearing back from you or the owner or the President of the company who was also cc'd on ALL my emails , not once and you want to discuss the situation NOW, after 2 months??? No wonder your team is as incompetent as they are, they learned from you or Craig Zinn (Founder), or Tony Stampone(President of the dealership) who were all copied on my emails and also NEVER had the curtesy to write and email or even an apology. In all fairness, all anyone has to do before considering buying a vehicle from you guys is go online and see the incredibly high amount of dissatisfied customers who have left reviews after dealing with your team. They all sound extremely similar. When you see that many complaints, that's typically called a CLUE and a WARNING to STAY AWAY!!! There are literally thousands of Lexus dealerships, stay away from this headache!!! Again, buy from Lexus of North Miami if you want to deal with a complete group of incompetent people, who literally go out of their way to lie, deceive, stretch the truth and in my personal experience, keep your car there at the dealership two weeks after they received the $87,000.00. I will end by saying, I had to consult my attorney and threaten legal action if I dint receive my car within the week. Interesting after that, things started to move in my direction. I didn't accept the discount offer they offered me not to publish negative reviews. It was way more important to me for everyone to learn of this group then the $500 discount you guys were offering to stay quiet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROUP UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE YOU'RE DOING THEM A FAVOR....
