They went above and beyond to make it right. I did not expect them to do what they did. In this dog eat dog world we now live in I did not think businesses cared anymore or stood behind their na I did not expect them to do what they did. Anthony Thurman, Aaron Heinlein and Shelby Wiley all helped me with my recent truck repairs. Anthony sent me an excellent e-mail with an outline of the repairs needed. Aaron kindly explained some of the technical details. Shelby showed great patience while we figured out my phone problem, I'm grateful to all of them for their superb professionalism. The service technicians are unsung and anonymous, but I'd like to thank them for always fixing what they set out to fix. I've never had a problem with the repairs of the Klaben team in the five years I've been bringing my truck there. More

Call back for status of my car and difficulty scheduling service appointment. Number !- I made 3 calls in two days trying to schedule an appointment. No one in the service department answered. The recordi service appointment. Number !- I made 3 calls in two days trying to schedule an appointment. No one in the service department answered. The recording said leave a message and we will call you back in 15 minutes. All three times no call back. Number 2- I made my appointment on line. took my car in on the 29th of May. I met with Anthony Thurman he informed me it would take around 3 1/2 hrs to complete my install. After waiting 2 hrs. I was told it was going to take another 3+hrs.to complete. He arranged a ride home and he was to call me on the status of my car later in the day. He never called me. Number 3- Anthony called me the next morning and told me my car was not ready and said he would call me around 11 or 12 and give me an update. I waited till 1:00 still no call. I called and asked to speak with the service manager (Aaron)and asked if he could find out the status of my car. He said to leave my number and he would call me within 20 min. I asked him if he was sure that he would call me back. He got defensive and said "If I said that I would call you back I will call you back". I wasn't surprised when he did not call me back. I did receive a call from Anthony and he told me my car could be done by the end of the day. It was not. I received my car the next morning May 31 at 11:30. I must say that was a long 3 1/2 hrs. More

Had a major issue with my car and once again Aaron Heinlein and Shelby Wiley were beyond amazing. They always go above and beyond and no matter the issues I have had with my vehicle, they have truly Heinlein and Shelby Wiley were beyond amazing. They always go above and beyond and no matter the issues I have had with my vehicle, they have truly been a blessing to work with and they communicate so well. Definitely feel like family at Klaben! Gavin also was beyond amazing!! He handled my irrational outburst so well and I again apologize to him for how upset I was and how professional he handled the situation More
