Gus is our service provider and has been each time we have came in with an issue or to get truck serviced. We travel and are never in town when truck goes in shop. GUS delegates the picking up and dropping off of the vehicle. He is on top of his game, very responsive, making sure all of our needs are met. He makes it a point to do follow up calls. Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

Excellent customer service! My 2015 F150 developed an intermittent check engine light fault shortly before traveling home from LA to Phoenix. An auto parts store tried but couldn’t pull the stored engine fault codes. I contacted Norm Reeves and a service advisor, Mike, arranged for an appointment next day. The engine fault was quickly identified and the repairs were made within a few hours. Mike also identified a warranty repair and after my approval corrected that issue. Upon checkout, Mike also spent the time to research if I had any reward points to decrease the bill. Thanks to Mike and the rest of the team, We were back on the road within a day and able to get home on schedule.

I purchased my first Ford. It is a very nice Ranger Raptor, however my experience with the dealership has been terrible. My new Raptor has a tear in the seat and paint chip on the door that i noticed on the showroom floor. The dealer said they would fix the issues, but are unwilling to allow my local dealership to deal with this. They expect for me to drive an hour each way 2 more times for the repairs. They do not care about the customers time or inconvenience. I had a Ford customer service rep on the line listening while the general sales manager Rodrigo was rude to me. He and told me to drive the new truck back to the dealership and they will break the contract and give me a check "since I dont like how the do things". This is my first and most likely last Ford vehicle purchase. The manager Rigo has still not sent payment for the seat repairs even after i took down a negative review that he asked me to take down. Horrible customer experience.

I spent weeks calling, emailing, and following up with management before the issue was finally resolved, including filing complaints to get action\. The loan was eventually paid off and I was reimbursed, but the process should have been handled promptly and professionally\. I hope they improve communication and follow\-through for future customers\.

It's places like this that are why people HATE dealerships! I attempted to buy a used 2022 Mustang Mach-E GT (VIN ending 2119) from Star Ford Glendale at the $27,539 “Star Price” shown on their website. Since I’m ~400 miles away, I requested an out-the-door quote and to hold it with a deposit while I arranged a cashier’s check and travel. After some back-and-forth providing info, Jasmine texted me saying ”since we have your credit app/deposit we will hold the vehicle unless you would like to not proceed” Their first OTD quote included a $395 VIN etching add-on and was also $250 higher than the advertised website price (I provided a screenshot of). After I referenced SB478 banning required add-ons, they removed the etching but still kept pricing $250 above the website using the excuse that other people had expressed interest and it was a bug that was no longer live (I was able to get it to provide the same price again after they claimed this) After numerous texts/calls, I was told a manager approved honoring the website price and that a final revised OTD reflecting the advertised pricing would be sent. I was then resent the previous quote that was $250 high which I pointed out, and the response was “Wow you’re right let me get that fixed” While waiting, I emailed the deposit/CC information since we had verbally agreed on terms. After over an hour of waiting for the corrected OTD price sheet and contacting multiple employees, I received a call from Ryan. Despite no warning and it being less than three hours after being told the car was being held for me, Ryan said they were not holding it and were selling it to an in-person buyer that evening. I asked to speak with the manager and was told the manager was out and neither myself or Ryan could reach him. I was later informed Ryan is actually the owner of the dealership and that he was the one that made the decision to rescind the deal after personally approving it. It's absurd it took hours of back and forth between six phone calls and dozens of text messages just to get a dealer to sell a vehicle at their own asking price. Then after all that just decide to not honor the hold that was confirmed IN WRITING is something else.

Very disappointing experience with service department I brought my 2018 Ford Raptor to this dealership for a fully synthetic oil change and tire rotation and paid about $100 for the service. About a month later I noticed a large oil leak under my truck while leaving work. Because it was leaking heavily, I immediately took the vehicle to a trusted independent service shop to avoid risking engine damage. The technician there found the oil leaking directly from the oil filter area. The filter itself was damaged and cracked, and the oil appeared extremely dark for something that had supposedly been changed only a month earlier. Because of this, the truck required another oil change and filter replacement immediately just to make it safe to drive. According to the mechanic who inspected it, the oil filter appeared mangled as if significant force had been used on it, and based on the condition of both the filter and the oil, he believed the oil and filter may not have been changed during the original service. His opinion was that the technician may have struggled to remove the filter and left the original one in place, which would explain both the damage and the condition of the oil. I contacted the dealership to try to resolve the situation. They stated they had camera footage proving the oil change and filter replacement were completed. However, they refused to provide a copy of the video. The only thing they were willing to send were low quality screenshots from a distant camera angle, which did not clearly show the oil being drained or the filter being replaced. They insisted I would have to come into the dealership in person if I wanted to see the actual footage. When I spoke with the general manager, the conversation felt very dismissive. He repeatedly said the footage proved everything and that they were confident nothing was done wrong, but still refused to provide the video file unless I came in to watch it there. The only resolution they offered was a free oil change if I brought the truck back, which I declined because after this experience I no longer feel comfortable bringing my vehicle back to their service department. All I asked for was a refund of the original oil service, but that was refused. Between the emergency repair, the time taken out of my work day, and the inconvenience of dealing with this situation, the entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Not to mention the general manager Mike is extremely rude and unprofessional

Our salesman told us we were getting a rebate and we did not get a rebate. He overcharged us for financing. I asked him to call USAA for financing. He said he did and they were high. I called USAA, they also are my insurance company as well as my bank, to put insurance on the car and they offered me financing for lower than the dealer. They also offered me an extended warranty for less than half the price of the dealer. I tried for three days after the sale to talk to someone and no one returned my calls. Very dissatisfied. I would never reccomend this dealer for a purchase!
