EDIT: After speaking with the Director for the service center, I was pleasantly surprised that he took a direct interest into my specific situation and assigned a specific advisor to assist me on a day of center, I was pleasantly surprised that he took a direct interest into my specific situation and assigned a specific advisor to assist me on a day of my choosing. Carlos, my advisor, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He put my mind at ease about any potential services that may have been missed. He even caught that even though my vehicle notified me my recall was completed; he found that my vehicle had not received the safety recall and made sure it was updated. I’m happy to report my vehicle has been serviced to my expectations and the team that manages and carries out the day to day are excellent to interact with. ORIGINAL: This was my first experience with a ford dealership after my initial purchase of my vehicle. The attendant was nice and knowledgeable but after my service, my oil life indicator came on stating my oil was at 0%. This led me to doubt that I actually received the oil change service and maybe even my whole service entirely. When I went back to try and get service for the recall in place, I was denied to “the system is down”. Unfortunate that a black screen recall couldn’t be fixed due to the ford network being down. Additionally I need a gasket to be fixed due to a factory defect but this could not be fixed either due to the network outage. I really hope that the story’s of ford ownership are all un factual but so far experience has been sub par. More
