Gus is our service provider and has been each time we have came in with an issue or to get truck serviced. We travel and are never in town when truck goes in shop. GUS delegates the picking up and dropping off of the vehicle. He is on top of his game, very responsive, making sure all of our needs are met. He makes it a point to do follow up calls. Several individuals say “oh yeah I will get back with you”. Never happens, GUS is one that stands on his word. Gus provides 5⭐️ service. Thanku so much Gus for making our each visit go so smoothly

What can I say, carmax is always great searched online found the car I liked and they shipped it to norco quickly. Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

I spent weeks calling, emailing, and following up with management before the issue was finally resolved, including filing complaints to get action\. The loan was eventually paid off and I was reimbursed, but the process should have been handled promptly and professionally\. I hope they improve communication and follow\-through for future customers\.

Our salesman told us we were getting a rebate and we did not get a rebate. He overcharged us for financing. I asked him to call USAA for financing. He said he did and they were high. I called USAA, they also are my insurance company as well as my bank, to put insurance on the car and they offered me financing for lower than the dealer. They also offered me an extended warranty for less than half the price of the dealer. I tried for three days after the sale to talk to someone and no one returned my calls. Very dissatisfied. I would never reccomend this dealer for a purchase!
