I’m very happy that I was able to get the car that I wanted, and overall I’m excited about my purchase. However, my experience with Bryan, the salesman, could have been better. At times, he came across wanted, and overall I’m excited about my purchase. However, my experience with Bryan, the salesman, could have been better. At times, he came across as a little too aggressive, and some of the comments he made felt somewhat insulting, even if that may not have been his intention. I also noticed that his attitude and approach seemed completely different whenever his sales manager was around, which made the experience feel a little uncomfortable. On the other hand, I have nothing but positive things to say about the person who handled my financing. She was amazing, professional, respectful, and made that part of the process a great experience. More
