Dealing with sales staff was always a stressful point for - Andrew R

Dealing with sales staff was always a stressful point for me when car shopping. Besides having a competitive price from local dealers, Mr. Jay Mika made the whole experience excellent for me as I found them online. I was pleased with the whole process and will look at their inventory first for future vehicles!

Last of a dying breed, Team Harbor knocked it out of the park and delivered our 2022 Hybrid Tucson to our doorstep in Palm Desert. Their prices are fair and the sales and finance team awesome. Thank you Leonard, Bryant and our delivery man Jacob was wonderful.

Sales team is dishonest and after negotiating the price - theharperbeckett

Sales team is dishonest and after negotiating the price on a car, and telling them I wouldn't be paying for the optional accessories, they never took them off the price and ended up sneaking a maintenance contract into the loan even when I told them I would not be paying extra for any additional maintenance or warranty packages. My sales woman was Nina, and the finance manager who did this was Fred Amilee

I had my car serviced (oil change and tire rotation) on - bbolanis

I had my car serviced (oil change and tire rotation) on November 2nd and was told my brake pads were both at 5mm and wouldn’t need to be replaced for at least another few months. Today (11/29), my brakes started grinding, so I took my car to Pep Boys only to find that my brake pads were both at 2 and 3 mm. I find it hard to believe that in less than a month I shaved off over 2 mm, and I believe I was deceived by the mechanics in order to rack up a higher eventual cost of repair. I spent $488 at Pep Boys to replace both front brake pads, both front rotors (those were also destroyed and no note was made on my service documentation from Hyundai), and get new brake fluid. At the Hyundai dealership, I was quoted $475. I am so disappointed with the service I received, and if I had known my pads were this bad I could’ve gotten my brake pads replaced sooner without damaging the rotors. However, I’m sure the goal was for me to take it back to them when the rotors and pads wore out so they could charge me extra for their gross negligence and deception. SO scummy.

Bought out our Lease - zarekdietz

We had such a great experience with the Woodland Hills Keyes location. We had leased our Sonata Hybrid and now 3 years later decided to buy it out. All the staff at this location were amazing and a pleasure to work with. Of all their Hyundai locations, this one by far has the best staff and customer service.

Best Dealership Experience - Danielle L.

I was referred by a colleague and I am so glad I came here! Joshua the salesman helped me and he was very professional and attentive. His managers were very friendly as well. I felt welcomed and would most definitely recommend. Great customer service!

I was treated like royalty - Hyundai happy

I've never had as wonderful experience as I had Monday, 12-18-17. Edgar Gonzalez and the other staff for that day were so nice! My 2014 Sonata needed servicing. Here are some perks, not necessarily in order of importance: 1. Free doughnuts, fruit, coffee and hot chocolate to make the wait enjoyable 2. Free oil change 3. Free car wash inside and out 4. Etc.! And they had me driving home in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend Ladin Hyundai Service!

Stay away!! - Stella64

Service in July that was not done properly. Found out because car almost died last Saturday and was able to barely drive to Downey Hyundai. Downey Hyundai had car for four days when they called that car needed Coolant Flush. I authorized service and later that evening check my paperwork from work done by Sage Hyundai in July. I had a coolant flush! I called Downey Hyundai to not have service preformed because i had coolant flush done in July, but Downey Hyundai informed me that that was impossible because it was half full and dirty. I contacted Sage Hyundai and left message for the Service Director, Ara, who never called me back. I called again and left message, but not call back. I called four times today (Saturday) to speak to the service director and i just got transferred from person to person. Called again and left on hold for over 17 minutes. I called again with call transferred which rang for 45 times. If I would have been given at least a free oil change, I would have been happy, but all I got was being ignored by everyone that worked at Sage. I will NEVER go back to this dealer again. I have had other problems with them taking hours just for oil changes. I miss the old management which got you in and out.

See them before you talk to any other dealer. - HowardZ

See them before you talk to any other dealer. Awesome dealership. No bull, no dealer double talk they are down to earth straight shooters. Gave me the best price of the 15+ dealers I contacted. All the others played games and after I leased my car from DTLA Hyundai the other dealers came back and said they would beat it. No I want upfront honest deal and that is what I got. Dave, Brian are great. Mario the F&I manager was awesome. Again no bull with the finances. Easy to work with and that is rare in the auto industry. Call them first! Love my Tucson and just might drive down to service it there. Thanks DTLA Hyundai for making car buying simple!
