If you are looking for a dealership that genuinely values - Redbeardarmory

If you are looking for a dealership that genuinely values your time, operates with absolute transparency, and treats you with professional respect, look no further than Ewing Buick GMC in Plano. My car-buying experience here was exceptional from start to finish. I conducted the entire initial negotiation via email due to my busy work schedule, and the communication was flawless. Unlike the high-pressure tactics you normally find in the car industry, the team at Ewing listened to my questions and provided direct, honest answers immediately. I want to give a massive shoutout to the specific team members who made this deal happen: * Collin Willits (Sales Consultant): Collin was incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating over email. He personally went out to the lot to verify the vehicle's condition, confirmed the key fobs, and even checked the window tint for us before we made the drive out. He made sure the car was pulled up and ready the moment we arrived. * Jerry Ernst (Sales Manager): Jerry runs a straightforward, fee-free operation. He respected the market research I brought to the table, honored their transparent pricing model, and worked with us constructively on a physical inspection item to finalize a phenomenal out-the-door deal. * Austin (Finance Department): Reviewing the final paperwork with Austin was a breath of fresh air. He presented our warranty options clearly but with absolutely zero pressure, keeping the process quick, smooth, and entirely stress-free. Ewing Buick GMC has earned a lifelong customer. They proved that buying a car can actually be a respectful and pleasant experience for a family. Thank you all for the outstanding service!

Watch out for the service center! - MW Alumni

Watch out for the service center! Where do I begin! Very long story but I had an issue with the telematics unit. Tyler said it was a wiring harness issue and had nothing to do with the telematics. The wiring harness I had attached a crimp to a hot leg to use with my radar. It was connected for 3 years. Onstar said it was the telematics module; However, Autoworld of course they say the wiring harness had to be replaced because it changed the ohms. I called xx. I questioned this multiple times but my hands were a little tied. I did ask Tyler if before he changed the wiring harness would he replace the telematics unit first (would save $2,200 and my ext warranty would cover). He agreed but did not do this. I get the bill and of course the telematics unit was on the bill. The manager Blake, I emailed him 11 times over the course of 30-40 days. His first response was week 3. Didn’t respond after. Finally after much more run around with another manager Jill, one of the corporate guys responds, shows me an email where Blake was saying I wanted them to commit fraud. WTH! It was a cop out. Ok, even if it were the case don’t you respond? I can’t remember what exactly I said, but basically the $2,500 wasn’t my responsibility. Oh, they failed to attempt to file with warranty. It’s just ridiculous. Not even about the money, I’ll tell 100 more people. Management could have made it right some way, I think mainly tell me they screwed up. Blake also said the wiring harness was the issue but had no clue about how it was damaged or what after market product was connected. Said it was Starlink which was clearly connected in my console. It was a 12v line. No way it was affecting anything, if so prove it to me before proceeding. I had told Tyler that I didn’t think the wiring harness was the issue, even though he insisted. They didn’t do what I asked. I’m sure a lot of good people depend on the job there but I’d steer clear! The communication was and has been pathetic. At first I thought it was on a service department level but it’s a corporate top down issue. In addition, the two times I have taken my truck in it took weeks to fix. Should have been a sign for me to go elsewhere. They fooled me twice, shame on me.

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! - golfpayne

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! We bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee...it didn't even make 26miles!! Broke down on the I35 and had to tow it to a mechanic. The mechanic said there is no way there could have been any fluid in the radiator because the oil cooler was completely destroyed and had been for quite some time. We poured fluid into the radiator and it came out the bottom of the engine as fast as we were filling it! Fixed the oil cooler $1000, put fluid in the radiator and it pours out of the side of the radiator where there were two giant cracks! Another $1000. The Jeep overheated so bad it melted a part of the air-conditioning behind the dash so now no air-conditioning in the 105 degree Texas summer! I had to call, email, threaten a law suit for weeks before I could ever get anyone to help. Finally Eric Williams "sales manager" says they will reimburse me for the damage. I immediately emailed him the receipts and that's the last I've heard. .it has now been over a month and nobody will return a single call or email.

If I could give Jerry Durant Chevrolet zero stars, I - Rswren253

If I could give Jerry Durant Chevrolet zero stars, I would. They kept my wife’s Suburban for two weeks despite it being covered by both the factory and extended warranties. Throughout that time, we received conflicting information, unanswered calls and texts, changing repair timelines, promises that were never kept, and more damage than when we took the vehicle to them. We were initially told diagnosis would take four to five days. Service Manager Dusty first blamed the delay on the vehicle’s complexity, then changed his explanation and admitted the department was backed up. If that was the real issue, the dealership should not have scheduled the appointment or misrepresented the reason for the delay. When my wife was stranded in Granbury, Dusty told us there were no loaners and that we could pay approximately $65 per day for a rental because “that’s how Chevy does it.” I had to research Chevrolet’s rental-assistance policy myself and provide the applicable bulletin information. Only after contacting General Manager Tyler did a loaner suddenly become available. We were then told a replacement valve body had been ordered and would arrive the next day. Later, Dusty said no replacement had been ordered and that they planned to repair the existing one. We were promised tracking information but never received it, followed by another seven or eight days without an update. A source also told me—and sent me a photograph indicating—that the Suburban remained on the service rack throughout its stay. That raises serious questions about what work was performed and why we were repeatedly given inconsistent information. After pickup, the Suburban began shaking violently at approximately 40 mph, and the front passenger-side wheel or tire area made a roaring noise loud enough for me to hear over the phone. The dealership’s response was essentially that it was no longer their problem. I have tried contacting management and others higher within the Jerry Durant organization without receiving any meaningful response or resolution. This appears to be more than one employee’s failure; it gives the impression that Jerry Durant Dealerships simply do not care about customer service or accountability. Before this, I was shopping for a new truck and considering moving part of my company fleet to Chevrolet. I will now reconsider purchasing from both Jerry Durant and GM. We took the Suburban to Huffines because, after this experience, I would not trust Jerry Durant Chevrolet to install a valve-stem cap. I cannot recommend trusting this dealership with your vehicle, your money, or your family’s safety. I agree that it was not part of the repair, but it was caused by your methods of leaving it suspended for an extended period of time. Lovely how you respond on here but not to my emails or phone calls. THIS HAPPENED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN YOUR CARE, CUSTODY, AND CONTROL; Furthermore you are refusing to take responsibility for it!!!!

We texted them about a vehicle we had been negotiating on - TD

We texted them about a vehicle we had been negotiating on for 2 weeks. We once again stated our offer. The said to come get it. We said we would be there after work. We called as we headed over (a 45 minute drive). After three phone calls, we finally spoke to a manager. We were told that the vehicle was being sold as we spoke. I told him that the text constituted a contract (legally speaking, it does), and he said that it didn't. He then also changed the agreed upon price to more than what we was discussed 2 weeks ago! Do not trust these people.

Recently I spoke to Rachel at Sewell over the phone - michaeljbrazier

Recently I spoke to Rachel at Sewell over the phone regarding a car. Did she know everything about the car? No, she did not. But she tirelessly found the answers and immediately got back to us time and time again. So thorough, so responsive and so professional. She gave us the comfort level to fly in and buy a car. I have ALS, so travel is very difficult for me. Again, the comfort level to fly in and buy a car. Who does that? I had such a fantastic experience with Sewell. Rachel was amazing, Robert her manager did a wonderful job managing the process. Thank you Rachel!

Wow, I’d like to thank Classic GMC of Arlington’s service - Coachtroy72

Wow, I’d like to thank Classic GMC of Arlington’s service dept, most specifically Service Manager Justin and Service Team Lead Israel. Both were transparent with me regarding my vehicle as well as took the time to go above and beyond about the National AC Delco Oil Filter delays that aren’t their fault at all. Mr. Justin explained in detail about my warranty and also took time to listen to me as most people in his field neither do nor have to, but as a man of God… he did! I am very thankful as I have purchased 3 vehicles from Classic and will continue to use them as my #1 service provider for GM in the DFW.

The dealership is okay but cars. - WiilieD

The dealership is okay but cars.com sucks! Bruner Dealership sold the vehicle 3-weeks ago but it wasn't reflected on cars.com. Very misleading
