Bought a used truck from freeman and a few days after I - Jvance1992

Bought a used truck from freeman and a few days after I got home I noticed the radio was not working. Discovered that the antenna was missing. Call my salesman John and he sent me a new antenna ($113) out of his pocket. Good experience

Great experience from start to finish! - brannon.montanez

Great experience from start to finish! I completed most of my paperwork ahead of time, which made the entire process quick and easy. Everyone was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the experience comfortable. The manager even took the time to speak with me before we got started, which I appreciated. I walked in, took the vehicle for a test drive, and drove home with it the same day. No unnecessary hassle, just a simple and straightforward buying experience. Definitely recommend!

The service department under the leadership of Jerry - John Bushman

The service department under the leadership of Jerry Jackson treated me with respect and took care of all my concerns with my vehicles. I wasn't even a customer yet, because the service department interacted with me as their best customer, i knew that when I bought a car, Legacy Chevrolet of Waxahachie would be my dealership. As it happened, I needed 2 vehicles and bought them both on the same day. Thank You to everyone in the service department, y'all were the stars that brought me back to buy vehicles.

Recently I spoke to Rachel at Sewell over the phone - michaeljbrazier

Recently I spoke to Rachel at Sewell over the phone regarding a car. Did she know everything about the car? No, she did not. But she tirelessly found the answers and immediately got back to us time and time again. So thorough, so responsive and so professional. She gave us the comfort level to fly in and buy a car. I have ALS, so travel is very difficult for me. Again, the comfort level to fly in and buy a car. Who does that? I had such a fantastic experience with Sewell. Rachel was amazing, Robert her manager did a wonderful job managing the process. Thank you Rachel!

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! - golfpayne

Absolute NIGHTMARE dealership! We bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee...it didn't even make 26miles!! Broke down on the I35 and had to tow it to a mechanic. The mechanic said there is no way there could have been any fluid in the radiator because the oil cooler was completely destroyed and had been for quite some time. We poured fluid into the radiator and it came out the bottom of the engine as fast as we were filling it! Fixed the oil cooler $1000, put fluid in the radiator and it pours out of the side of the radiator where there were two giant cracks! Another $1000. The Jeep overheated so bad it melted a part of the air-conditioning behind the dash so now no air-conditioning in the 105 degree Texas summer! I had to call, email, threaten a law suit for weeks before I could ever get anyone to help. Finally Eric Williams "sales manager" says they will reimburse me for the damage. I immediately emailed him the receipts and that's the last I've heard. .it has now been over a month and nobody will return a single call or email.

We texted them about a vehicle we had been negotiating on - TD

We texted them about a vehicle we had been negotiating on for 2 weeks. We once again stated our offer. The said to come get it. We said we would be there after work. We called as we headed over (a 45 minute drive). After three phone calls, we finally spoke to a manager. We were told that the vehicle was being sold as we spoke. I told him that the text constituted a contract (legally speaking, it does), and he said that it didn't. He then also changed the agreed upon price to more than what we was discussed 2 weeks ago! Do not trust these people.

Wow, I’d like to thank Classic GMC of Arlington’s service - Coachtroy72

Wow, I’d like to thank Classic GMC of Arlington’s service dept, most specifically Service Manager Justin and Service Team Lead Israel. Both were transparent with me regarding my vehicle as well as took the time to go above and beyond about the National AC Delco Oil Filter delays that aren’t their fault at all. Mr. Justin explained in detail about my warranty and also took time to listen to me as most people in his field neither do nor have to, but as a man of God… he did! I am very thankful as I have purchased 3 vehicles from Classic and will continue to use them as my #1 service provider for GM in the DFW.

nice folks, worked with me and helped me get what I - cschmidt1129

After filling out a purchase deal from GMC and going - Will

After filling out a purchase deal from GMC and going through the credit app, the dealership refused to honor their advertised price unless I traded in a vehicle with them. Walked away from the deal rather than deal with these shady liars. A dealer's advertised price is required by federal law to not be conditional on trades or financing. These guys are just crooks in my book.

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! - srichmill

10 out of 10 Overall Experience! I highly recommend this location in North Fort Worth. No stress No haggling No “used car salesman” antics - Joanna was great, honest, truthful, patient and explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The store manager Santos, helped out in the process too- made coffee - adjusted my seat - took care of business. He was great. I truly feel my business was appreciated and that means a lot to me. And I LOVE my car! Thank y’all so much!
