I would like to start off by saying Eric Jensen was great. I couldn’t have had a better time buying a car. Eric made it such an easy process and with life happening, we all need easy. I let him know exactly what I wanted before I arrived and when I got there, it’s was ready and waiting. I love my new Lincoln Nautilus so much! I find any excuse to leave the house just so I can drive it.

Haggerty is the place to go! Dario was a patient and amazing salesperson, helped us to find the right Bronco Sport, with absolutely no pressure to buy. Super kind, knowledgeable and honest guy. Their manager gave us a great deal on our trade-in and the final price, and the finance guy, Tom, was a hoot! Tom actually explained the warranty options and did NOT push the more expensive Ford warranty. It truly was a transparent deal. As a fun full-circle moment, my grandfather bought an Oldsmobile from Jack Haggerty Oldsmobile back in the early 1980s. More than 40 years later, our family is buying from the Haggerty family again—and we couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend Haggerty Ford and will be using them again in the future. It was well worth the drive from the city!

Talked with Tony by phone about a car we saw online. We flew up to buy it, they picked us up at the airport and brought us to the dealership. Paperwork was fast and efficient. We were in and out as fast as possible which was at our request. It was a very pleasant experience unlike the many other times we have purchased cars. Tony was on vacation so Fred stepped in and helped us. He explained the car and did the paperwork. He set up both our phones to sink with the car and set up our Ford accounts to start the car, unlock doors etc. Fred was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him. We are very happy with our purchase and with the entire buying process.

I also had them come out and do oil changes on all of our cars. This process was unbelievably quick and convenient. Harvard Ford and all it's staff is amazing to work with and I would highly recommend them.

I do not know why the service department does not include the truck division. Kathy and the workers there deserve to get credit like anywhere else. Also, DJ is no longer in the the sales department but still is showing up there. There is also no coffee or drinks available in the truck service area, why is that?
